A man in a bloody coat enters the room. A woman riddled with regret sees something impossible. Disturbing dreams, disembodied voices, a stink in the air that can never be cleansed. The dregs of society seethe and fester in the grime of their worthless existence. But once you hit the bottom, there is only one place left to go.
