Set over a span of eight years
Through the eyes of Bethan, a young girl, we live through her teenage years, meeting Connor in the present day. Bethan enables a narrative to begin to live a life of simplicity and safety that she's always wanted but for Connor, a mundane existence on the top of Townhill, with big aspirations and no clear direction distracts him from the mystery before him: Who really is Bethan? – And is it love, comfort, or something else that is holding them together?
