Young trans man Sam is in the process of writing his first biopic, but he’s hit a wall. How is he supposed to find his ‘voice’? What stories are really his to tell? Is this whole writing thing just a waste of time?
All his friends seem to fit in so easily, following a set beat-sheet to life that just makes sense to everyone but him… until he meets Robbie.
Newly out as bisexual and reeling from the damage it caused to his previous relationship, Robbie guides Sam through his writer’s block and, in turn, Sam supports Robbie on his journey of self-discovery.
The two navigate love, loss and inevitable change, and Sam’s story begins to take shape as he determines what’s most important to him.
